On December 30th, 2016, Abdul Sami joined the team. On January 18th, 2017, Tim George joined the team. On April 19th, 2017, Jasmine Mehndratta joined the team. On May 15th, 2017, Osinachi Emeghara joined the team. On May 23rd, 2017, Erin L. Maya joined the team.

My Thoughts: My dad’s birthday is this month. Two years ago, in September, he went to God’s Home, and I miss him. In homage of him, I want to play a song that he loved.

Dad, I love you.

My Spiritual Thoughts: There is a short movie, “Lift”. A few years ago, I was at church, and in Relief Society, they played it. It touched me because I can relate to Cathy.

The News:

Fan Page: If you like a poet’s work, there’s a fan page for each poet. I don’t know about my team. But, I have a fan page on Facebook. It’s https://www.facebook.com/groups/apoetty7102012. This is JUST for my fans. Anyone can post their comments/feedback, ask me questions, or just read poetry. Oh yeah, I’ll have silly, goofy polls too.

Hot Rod: There’s a nonprofit, organization that’s for the handicap, who wants to play sports, called, Miracle League. My sister-in-law, Tasha, signed me up for this. They play baseball. On the registration, they wanted a nickname. I picked “Hot Rod” as my nickname. The first game is on September 23rd. I can’t wait because I always wanted to be on a baseball team. Batter up, Hot Rod.

Two new teammates: Erin quit, and I do not know why. But, we have three new teammates. Their names are, Amber Johnson and Jimior Pere. Amber wants clients. She is in the US Army as PFC. Jimior will be doing a new part in the main newsletter. It's called, "Quotes of the Month". Welcome, Amber and Jimior to the team!

Teaming up: I talked to James about this, and he likes it. Osinachi and Amber will do the Military Issue together.

Lucky Pics: Everyone knows that I write but I draw too. I decided to make it a side job. This WILL NOT interfere with PPP. This is just a hobby. I put a link to the site on PPP site, under “others” in “Pretty Links”. If you want a picture by me, go there.

Triangle/Diamond: There is a new style, called, “Triangle/Diamond”. For more information on this style, click on the link below to see the new style: http://justexamples2015.blogspot.com/p/trianglediamond.html.

Your Thoughts: We truly want your thoughts on this poem:

The End of Deaths Road
By-Tim George

Craving darkness simply to be extinguished from light of her eyes.
Insanity burning away the embers of her love that once filled this empty broken vessel. Freedom of death has broken my chains but these shackles still remain and liberty is only a fall away. Her beloved kiss is a taste of anguished pain as my heart burns in a turmoil of passion. My love for her was the moonlight in her darkness.

Her kiss flickered across my cracked lips like tongues of a young flame eager to burn. Her companies are the shadows of night in its best. Few have stumbled into its comfort and lived to tell her tales as many have died trying. Lost but fueled with anger and betrayal of deaths sweet love.
This innocence is one with the past as her ways of torment and evil has sculpted the person I am today…

Poem of the Month:

Quotes of the Month: Live life with a joyful heart & keep your spirit young and free! Stay true and firm to God! And be the best that you can be! Take care! Have Good Day.

Lyrics of the Month: Poetry has a plethora of styles, and our ultimate favorite is lyrics.

Everyone heard “Don’t Laugh at Me” by Mark Wills, right? Well, I found a song that’s VERY similar to Mark’s version. This version is talking about the handicap.

If you meet me in person, you would think that I’m dumb because of my speech. No really, you would. But, if you know my story and what I do, you would rethink that. In June, I went to the DMV, and there was a nice lady, who talked to me. When I answered her question, she quit talking to me. Why? It’s because of my speech. I wasn’t hurt or upset. Actually, I understand.

Want Help: If you want to help with “Pretty Petty Poetry”, you can! We are looking for some volunteers to help with the desktop wallpapers and getting us clients. We can’t do everything by ourselves anymore, too stressful.

For New Comers: This is AMANDA’S idea to do this business. Everything you see is her alone with the help from God. This is a part of “Pretty Petty Poetry”. She has been studying English with the help from a professor, Nancy Lowe, from Weber State University, Utah, USA since October of 2011.
