Hello Pretty Pets, welcome to the “Pretty Petty’s Poem of the Week” issue. This will be a weekly issue. We are Amanda D. Petty and Eric Brown, and we’re poets. This will show off our diversion of our poetry. This is a part of “Pretty Petty Poetry”. If you want more information, go to: www.prettypettypoetry.blogspot.com.
This is for all of the real fathers. Sunday, the 19th, USA, is Father’s Day. This is by an unknown poet. Enjoy.
Father’s Day
Fathers do so much,
Whether it be big or small.
They love us with their whole hearts.
Even if we tell them wrong
They stick up for us,
Even when no one else will.
They love us unconditionally.
They are there when we feel alone.
They help us through life,
When we can’t figure it out on our own.
More Than Poetry: We take “Pretty Petty Poetry” very, very seriously. Some people think poetry is very “old fashioned”, boring, and not that interesting. We can understand. To us, poetry is the true heart of a person. Amanda describes it as: lyrics without any music.
Pretty Pets: We want your feedback on “Pretty Petty Poetry”. We want to know on how we can improve on this business. We’re very open on your comments.
