Pretty Pettys Poem of the Week

Hello Pretty Pets, welcome to the “Pretty Petty’s Poem of the Week” issue. I’m Amanda D. Petty and my business partner, Eric Brown, and our teammates, Anna Shepherd and James W. Hill; we are poets. This will show off our diversion of our poetry. Each week, a different poet will do this.

This is by Eric. Noticed how he choose his words carefully. Good job, Eric. Enjoy.

Moving Day
By-Eric Brown

Run, run, run as fast as you can, It is moving day.
Busy, busy day working on getting ready the van
To have this and that in as little of a space as possible
Tv and drawers empty as fast as a jackrabbit running
Pack up it is time to leave.
Anything left is left for the next people to have.
See ya, have a wondrous journey into the yonder blue.
This is moving day at its finest.
Love it, hate it we still have to do it.
Here we are finally, unpack and organize.
Eat and go to bed.
That is moving day, all day long.
I'm loving it.
Bye to my helps.
Night folks.

More Than Poetry: We take “Pretty Petty Poetry” very, very seriously. Some people think poetry is very “old fashioned”, boring, and not that interesting. We can understand. To us, poetry is the true heart of a person. Amanda describes it as: lyrics without any music.

Pretty Pets: We want your feedback on “Pretty Petty Poetry”. We want to know on how we can improve on this business. We’re very open on your comments.
