Pretty Petty’s Poem of the Week
Welcome to Pretty Petty Poetry Weekly. Every week, a different poet will write a poem. Enjoy.
NO ONE KNOWS
Mists seems to have
rent the cloud,
Harmattan seems to have
hired the cosmos,
I wish I had a Juliet
Or had had Ad before,
I wish I had tasted love leaning over my couplet,
A trumpet for VAL
could have my pet,
Though heart has been bruised by two,
I keep tattoo' to exhibit
In latter days too,
I don't care!
I got blazers to wear,
I'm dating God, mother,
Brother, "sister,
Educator, rapider, poet,
A director" and entrepreneurship,
From here to there I grind
Four kin' window blind.

More Than Poetry: We take “Pretty Petty Poetry” very, very seriously. Some people think poetry is very “old fashioned”, boring, and not that interesting. We can understand. To us, poetry is the true heart of a person. Amanda describes it as: lyrics without any music.
